22.01.2022 One of the great things about making curries from scratch is you get an appreciatation of each ingredient that goes into a dish, and how it works with all the other ingredients to bring the wonderful flavours. For example, a lot of creaminess can be brought to some curries by using cashews or coconut milk, no dairy involved! If you are interested in discovering some secrets to great Indian cooking, stay tuned as we are hopefully going to be running some cooking classes soon!

22.01.2022 Hope everyone has been enjoying the lovely Spring weather! Sometimes things don’t always go to plan, but our cooking adventures will return next week with two of my favorite dishes!
