Since yesterday I had a moment where I felt I was whisked into a new reality from my past, present and furture all at the same time. 14.01.2022 This time two weeks ago you just came out of surgery Now that we are all back home and settling in, I have had time to recap over the past 2 weeks and I can not believe what our baby boy has been through in such a short time. And it's mostly all a blur to be honest. I still don't know what made me think I need take him to the ED but I do at the same time. It was my mummy intuition telling me he wasn't ok. And I am so thankful that I listened or the outcome wouldn't have b...een so great. The only symptoms we had on arrival to ED were on and off temps and being unsettled. Who would have expected them to find what they did. Our little man you are such a fighter and so brave and strong. You have adjusted to your new reality at home so well and you have taken it all in your stride. Now that we are coming out the other end of it all, I am in disbelief of what not just our baby has been through, but our family as well and how strong we all have been to get through it. The older two kids have been just incredible through it all. Going between both grandparents, home, school and the hospital, they did so amazingly well. So incredibly thankful and grateful for my family, friends and followers who have supported us all through this. Time to let things settle more and allow myself time to process all the emotions arising within and spend time with the most precious people in my life, my family. 01.01.2022 Happy Full Moon Remember to take extra care of yourself during the full moon. You may notice vivid dreams, heightened awareness and sensitivity to energy around you and within you, moods fluctuating and feeling unsteady on your feet or sense of clumsiness. What is no longer serving you is shifting and clearing out. Allow this process to take place and go with the flow by listening to your mind, body and soul. Drink plenty of water to help the process of clearing. Groun...ding is paramount during the full moon to ensure that you are centered in your own energy and to bring you back down into the present moment. When we are not grounded we feel all over the place physically, mentally and emotionally. Tips on grounding: Connect with mother earth and her energy by allowing yourself to feel her energy connecting with you. Epsom salt bath and Crystals are another easy way to ground your energy. Visualise roots from your feet or base chakra grounding deep into the center of the earth and anchoring your energy and body as you focus on breathing deeply. Also tonight is the best time to grab your crystals and cleanse and recharge under the energy of the full moon. You can place them outside on the grass or on a window where they will soak in the energy.
