01.01.2022 I was impressed from start to finish with the this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. I first spoke to Eddie to get some advice , which he gave in a friendly professional manner. He didn't try to encourage me to dump my air conditioner which had stopped working but suggested it may just need gassing. That impressed me a lot! After discovering the model number , it was very old, which meant that the gas would be very costly, it was obvious that buying a new o...ne would be the wiser option. Next came Joshua who arrived on time the next day to assess the work ahead. He suggested to move the outside fan out of the pergola which was brilliant, as now we can use it in summer without all that hot air blowing on us. He was friendly and informative. Next came Adam who worked away so neatly and went above and beyond , re hanging my two large paintings which needed to be moved a few inches with the new bigger model. I didn't ask, he offered to do it! Sometimes you just come across a company that you know are the real deal and you know who to call in the future when you need smiling, helpful staff that know what they are doing. Thanks guys!
