25.01.2022 Pumped and super excited to be back online with the Purpose2perform podcast... and what a way to come back into the fold with braid legend lady @megstappedin. Megan is a Jamaican Olympic hurdler.. We chat to her from her training base in Austria as she preps from the upcoming Tokyo 2021 Olympics. We discuss how she has maintained focus throughout thr challenges of Covid. Her story is one about the power of belief: to overcome barriers placed in from of you. Megan shares hor tough it is just to qualify for the Jamaican team, the sacrifice of high performance and what she draws upon in the low times and highs of her journey.

19.01.2022 As a sports physiotherapist and performance coach I just love the final stages of rehabilitation when the strength and conditioning focus turns to performance. When you can identify and work on the little things that make a big impact on performance!

05.01.2022 Hip flexors are so often given bad rap in the sporting world.. right hip flexors blamed for a lot of issues in athletes...so many times the hip flexors are tight and weak so we need to strengthen not just release the hip flexors. I love this banded exercise as a hip flexor progression in four four kneeling with co-activation of core and hip flexors in runners..

02.01.2022 The modified Ash test in swimming athletes is great way to measure an athlete’s capacity to generate and transfer force.. I am just loving working closely with Kawana Swimming in guiding athletes through their strength and conditioning programs connecting the dots. High performance requires appropriate screening of performance measures, identification of relative weaknesses or dysfunction and planned and consistent action in the direction of your goals....thanks @perspective.training for the opportunity..
