12.01.2022 Hi Guyz! Due to our awesome competition running in conjunction with my MP neighbours, I’ve had an influx of new followers so I thought I would introduce myself! I’m Imogen, or Imi as everyone knows me by. I’m originally from Bendigo (country gal ) and have lived on the South Coast of NSW and in Los Angeles for a little bit before settling in Melbourne. I’m also a Mum to an 8 week old baby boy named Harrex and a 5 month old Labrador called Taco (h...e has Instagram @taco_thechoclab ) #crazydogmom I’ve been a beauty therapist for about 7 years and opened The Springs in Feb of 2019 with my partner Hilton! After spending 2017 in Los Angeles, I knew I wanted to bring a little California to Melbourne, hence the Palm Springs vibe you get in the salon! I love all things skin and have created my business around clinical, results driven skin treatments in a relaxed environment. At The Springs, I also offer tanning, brow and lash services as well as spa treatments including massages and body scrubs! Business aside, I love a good chat. About literally anything. I also don’t like the term ‘clients’ either. Everyone who walks through my door becomes a friend who I cherish and love to talk too. At the end of the day, my job isn’t a beauty or skin therapist. I like to make my job about you, and love to go out of my way to make you happy, weather it’s playing your favourite playlist during your treatment or being an ear to listen to anything you want to talk about. My goal, with every appointment, is to make you feel the very best I can and to make sure you leave 1000% happy and satisfied. Right now, I’ve had to close my business during Covid19 pretty much since March. I can’t wait to get back into the salon once it’s safe to do so and I can’t wait to welcome everyone, regular or new!
