23.01.2022 Today I swapped all the standard spray heads at this property to Rainbird R-VAN’s. This gave the owner a heavier spray to combat the wind tunnel that is created by the neighbouring houses.

17.01.2022 With all the rain we've had lately, the weeds are going to start cropping up in your lawn. Bin-Die is suitable for Buffalo as well as Couch lawns and is the most economical with a 200ml concentrate treating 400 sq. mtrs. You also don't have to wait as many days before / after to mow the lawn.... Just make sure you pace out your lawn area and don't put more on than the instructions say - it doesn't make it work better!!! If your lawn is a bit sick, give it a good feed then apply this a week later. Feeding the weeds up is going to make them die faster.

14.01.2022 With rain forecast for the next week, take advantage of it and apply Wettasoil now. If you haven't used any for a while, the liquid version will work faster.

11.01.2022 Even though the Sprinkler ban has officially ended, it’s still cool enough that you don’t need to put your sprinklers back on yet. As we head into late Spring you still don’t need to water for the full run times. Most controllers these days allow you to set a percentage of the full run times without changing the whole program. 08.01.2022 I’ve just done a job in Secret Harbour where the pressure is really poor. My clients sprinklers wouldn’t work because there isn’t enough pressure to open normal valves. I’ve replaced them with special low-pressure valves and all works a treat now.

02.01.2022 No sooner had we discussed installing Concrete Surrounds, the client messaged to say somebody had driven over a sprinkler and broken the pipe! Just make sure you put them up the right way (smooth side up). This way the wider side disperses the weight of the car.
