15.01.2022 Happy New year to you all. Hope you have a stitchful year. Mine has started with trying to make sense of the creative chaos in my studio. Gifted cloth needing a place to rest. Finding the UFO's from many years ago while sifting through ikea storage containers. Thinking I must complete those and thinking did I actually make what I have found Knowing I did as the fabric was designed and printed by me. Where has the time gone that I never finished my pieces. Oh I know it was... a teaching job in week 2 of the school year that lasted a while. Do others have such work never completed that never sees the light of day. Or a work space in which there is never a tidy work table. I try but it is a never ending cycle. Maybe 2020 will see me being tidy. Happy creating to you all. Trying to work out a sewing Day for January. How would Sunday the 19th work for you all. 10 to 3 BYO lunch. Bring along destash items and ufo's. Let me know so I can plan venue and space. 13.01.2022 Very excited. My solo exhibition is going ahead as a virtual show at the Victoria Park Art Gallery. Sometime in early May. A few glimpses of my embroidered textiles. I will put up the link when the exhibition is up.

11.01.2022 Hi all Hope you are all doing okay with social isolation. I have spent some time in my studio making masks. It is something I can do to give to others. Working towards printing some fabric for a large hanging piece to go into an exhibition later in the year. I have been wondering what others of you are doing to keep busy and staying safe inside. 01.01.2022 5 days left. My solo exhibition 'Elemental' at Kent Street Gallery is finishing 4pm 20th May. The gallery is open today and tomorrow 1to 4pm for viewing. You are welcome to visit. Social distancing will be in place. The gallery address is 12 Kent Street East Vic park. Excellent parking on Street or at Bowling club one house away. Have a great weekend.
