05.01.2022 Here at The Stolen Gem Events Space we are focused on providing you with the best service possible and that includes keeping in mind the safety and health of our clients as well as our team, their families and our wider community. In light of the ever evolving COVID-19 outbreak we have been closely monitoring advice from The World Health Organisation and Australias Chief Medical officer and regularly reviewing our approach. While we have always had strict hygiene practices... and cleanliness standards in our venue, we have implemented the following additional precautionary measures: - We are implementing additional cleaning and sanitation processes to our regular cleaning roster. - Regularly sanitising surfaces during service including door handles, eftpos machines, tables and bathrooms. - We are providing hand sanitiser on entry to the venue - We are operating at a reduced capacity to comply with social distancing recommendations Whist we are doing our best to accommodate booked events and run business as usual we are required to reschedule all events over 90 guests for the time being to comply with new regulations. Our venue manager will be in touch with you directly if this impacts your event. We have also reviewed our cancellation policy to allow for new challenges our clients and community are experiencing directly related to COVID-19.
