24.01.2022 A great opportunity to learn new skills, even if your choice of camera isn’t Panasonic. I’ve been informed that there will be studio lighting information on offer & that’s always so much fun. Garricks Camera House Townsville always put on fantastic events for local photographers so make sure you like their page to keep up to date with what’s on offer.

20.01.2022 Join us at our next collaboration event. Check out the details in our group. It's looking like we are going to require our model to be wearing black and next week, we will all be voting on fashion categories so our models know what to wear. These are now all ages group events in a public location so all are welcome. We hope to see new faces there for our first late afternoon session.

09.01.2022 We are now 4 weeks away from our next shoot day and after BLACK was the winner of our main colour of the model's outfit, the next section is styling categories. Make sure you get your votes in. There will be at least 5 categories to choose from to assist with styling choices. Everyone can have three votes! Voting closes Sunday 21st April 2019

02.01.2022 Are you interested in joining us this Sunday 24th March for our first event for 2019? We are trialing a new format this year so we can come together as a group more often and hang out and learn from each other. * The location is a mystery until the day before the event so there is no pre-planning * The theme is RED * There will be no teams... * The interested models will be teamed up to create different sized groups to photographed on the day * The photographers will be teamed with another photographer on the day. Each photographer will have the opportunity to shoot each group within a given time limit. * One photographer will shoot while the other one assists with their ideas The reason for this change is to: 1. have the group come together and be more social 2. learn to think on your feet within an unfamiliar location 3. learn how to control/pose/interact with different sized groups and still make all members look great 4. When people can't make the event or wish to join at the last minute, we can still accommodate these members without disruption to plans We will all be meeting at a central location and more details will be given on the day. Once all groups have been photographed by each team of photographer you are all able to shoot individual shots if you wish while we gather for a light snack and drink. Sounds good?
