25.01.2022 Every time I use this stuff I am just gobsmacked by how effective it is! It is seriously amazing! Ice Blue rub (or Deep Blue in US) is a topical cream similar to your deep heat sports rub type creams EXCEPT with one key difference... it contain essential oils to help relieve all those aching pains from sore joints and muscles.... One thing I have also discovered- its much easier to apply this cream to your back and shoulders than the oil blend when one has no one at home to help put it on #parentingsolo I hear such fantastic feedback from people on this product but Id love to hear from you. Why do you love ice blue?

22.01.2022 Elevation...I think I love you! Elevation and I go waaaaay back! I may flirt with other blends, but I always come back to Elevation This blend was the second one I ever bought after lavender peace and it quickly become one of my all time faves!... I diffuse this frequently, but my fave way to use this blend is for aromatic dressing and on my diffuser jewellery. Its like sunshine and rainbows in a bottle! I cannot help but smile when I wear it and it has that effect on everyone around me. I always get so many positive comments when I wear it. 15.01.2022 Whats so great about citrus oils? Citrus oils are fantastic oils for purification and detoxification. Citrus oils are made up primarily of a constituent called Limonene. Grapefruit and Tangerine oils are almost entirely made up of limonene99 percent to be exact. It is because of their high concentration of limonene that citrus oils are excellent in homemade cleaning products, because they both cleanse, and also help minimize exposure to potentially harmful toxins found ...in store-bought products. Several studies have examined its effectiveness as a surface cleaner. But the benefits of limonene do not end there. According to experimental and clinical research, limonene may help support the function of a long list of bodily systems when taken internally. These include healthy cellular function, the immune system, the lung and respiratory systems, the gastrointestinal system, a healthy metabolism, and a healthy colon and liver. Citrus essential oils are often associated with weight management efforts, and for good reason. Experimental and clinical research suggests that limonene may support healthy metabolism when consumed. Another study found that orally ingested limonene may help to support healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels already in the normal range. When combined with healthy lifestyle habits, including proper nutrition and regular exercise, limonene-rich citrus essential oils may have the ability to support weight management efforts through assisting proper metabolic and blood sugar regulation. To take these internally add a single drop to your water with a tiny pinch of Himalayan pink salt to help disperse the oil throughout your water.
