I give permission for others to see me, be inspired by me and pay attention to what I have to share by creating awareness of the limiting narratives I have learnt and by recognising who I am showing up for.... I witness myself in a new light as I explore movement, imagery of self and begin to translate my voice through photos as a way to amplify my expression. I am worthy. #yourworthybody #photosync

20.01.2022 Behind the Lens/ Freedom used to look like setting the goals, wishing for them hustling and putting the price of freedom upon the attainment of these goals. This only created a wanting for freedom and not actually feeling it. What I have realised lately is that when I have expressed my wants and desires honestly with the universe, with myself that is where the freedom is. You set your wants and desires free, you allow them out of your body and out of the controlling part of ...your mind and allow the energy to be part of the universe. From there you receive what you need and there’s this feeling of trust. Trust that if you truly have let go of the attachment to the wants the path you’re on will feel authentic and true; that you don’t need to desire more than where you’re at. You can hold a vision, you can see visions for the future but you don’t base your freedom upon these because you’re free in the moment. If these visions do come to fruition you know that the universe has given you what you needed. Surrendering your wants is freeing. Speak your wants and let go of the expectation that they will arrive at your righteous feet. Surrender your wants and your heart will fill with the experience of being human.
