08.01.2022 Take 5 NOW. Why is it such a hard thing for women - everyone - to allow themselves to take some Self-Love time out. Does it have to be BIG CHUNKS of our day? NO These simple Take 5min tips are written everywhere and I mean in everything. Everyone is telling us to Take 5 for ourselves so why are we not listening and doing this. ... Start Now. Right Now. 5 Simple 5mins tips you can do right now as your reading this post. 1. Take 5 and raise your eyes up from your screen and see what is going on outside the window. 2. No window near your desk take 5 and walk to the window 3. Walk to the tap and get yourself a drink of water take 5 before you head back to your desk and drink it all go on go another glass while you are here. 4. Close your eyes yeap close your eyes and just gently press your eyelids while shut. Take 5 and feel the tension move away from your eyes and temples. 5. Even better remove your shoes off and touch the earth ground yourself take 5 for your souls to reconnect. 08.01.2022 GREAT Morning I was thinking about what I could do for a video to you all this morning and decided this was going to be it. Spent the afternoon yesterday with my grandkids and this was our happy song. ... It reminded me how important WORDS we HEAR make such a difference to our day. Listening to it - it made me think about how many times I would get my feet frozen in fear and stuck to move forward not knowing why I was holding myself back. So IF - you are in a place with your business that you feel your feet are STUCK and you have lost your Business MOJO then Jump up and take action now. I think we would all agree that education never stops no matter what your age or where you are at in your chosen profession. It takes many forms, travel is education, attending workshops like our May 29 event is education and meeting new people is of course.......... Need I saw more? 07.01.2022 TRIBE TIME If you are like me, when you see events for business arrive in your inbox or a post for one you start to ask some questions. IS THIS FOR ME?... IS this just another workshop offering the same outcome? Will my business really benefit from attending this workshop? Can I afford the time it will take away from my business? There are so many groups and organisations out their supporting women in business and many are excellent WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT? SIMPLY because it is DIFFERENT.
