17.01.2022 UPDATE! With the COVID-19 restrictions easing, Stage 2 has seen the QLD health directive for Restrictions on Businesses, Activities and Undertakings Direction being amended, most recently on 15 June 2020. Body Corporate gyms may now open! However, certain conditions apply. Those conditions are that the use of the gym is limited to 20 people at a time (subject to size) and can only be opened if the area is supervised and the area is regularly cleaned.... Refer to the health directive which can be found at the following link for more info: https://www.health.qld.gov.au//business-activity-undertaki The condition of supervision will raise uncertainty within bodies corporate but feel free to contact me if you have any queries!
