As a company, we are staying as informed as possible as the government releases information regarding COVID-19.... We understand that there is some concern in the community but our main priority is the safety of our guests and staff. Staff have been trained in preventing the spread of coronavirus and we will continue to ensure that hygiene and cleanliness remain our top priority throughout every facet of our operation. We have implemented increased hygiene practices - All Housekeeping staff service and clean/sanitize guestrooms each day with extra diligence and care. - All high-touch areas are now being treated with additional disinfectant/sanitizer on a daily basis (public door handles, counter tops etc). - Hand sanitizer is available in the common areas for your use - Payment by card is highly encouraged, particularly by payWave, and while cash is still accepted we strongly discourage it during this time. - Our staff will be wearing gloves (any guest is welcome to request a pair) As a community, we urge you to take care of yourselves, your family, your friends and continue to practice good general hygiene habits. 20.01.2022 Hahndorf Lantern Fest is this Saturday! . While the annual Winter Festival was unable to go ahead, the wonderful volunteers have been able to create a COVID-Safe Mini Fest! It is going to be a beautiful evening in Alec Johnson Park with live music, food stalls and the Magical Lantern Lighting . Festival Director, Tony, had a chat to Mikyla about all the wonderful plans for the evening and how this the fest has all come together!... .
