Elegant and sophisticated and it doesn’t look like your trying too hard. The beautiful handmade tribal necklace and bone earrings are by jewellery designer @jilliangreg . Hat and sunnies are my own . Simple but sophisticated and definitely a versatile piece in black heavy linen to wear winter or summer by Marilyn Reeman who is an artist as well. 14.01.2022 Happy Monday to you all. Another casual day at home and I think I may do some cooking for a change. Maybe tonight a nice French chicken that I haven’t done for a very long time. I’ll let you know how I go tomorrow. Now about my casual Monday look It’s my great dropped crotch linen trousers in this wonderful green,big side pockets and a proper waist band with some elastic at the back. Very comfy to wear and I’ve had them since last winter from @havanablueboutique and @bana...nabluelabel They combine with lots of different coloured tops and always look now. Yes I do always wear earrings when I’m at home or out , they’re like lipstick as I always wear that even with a no makeup look at home .It’s for me to feel better about myself, not for anyone else. My boots are also from last season but soooo comfy I wear them around the house as well as out. They are from @theshoecollectiveaus and are still in their current collection. So about #farmerwantsawife on TV last night that I’ve never seen before. I loved it and so did my Darling and we sat there with smiles on our faces all the way through. Really lovely down to earth Auzzie country blokes and gals and we were totally entertained, I’ll watch it again tonight. Then watched the new Australian drama Between Two Worlds and it is worth a look too! Today I’m wearing it with my brown linen flares from @zephyrloungewear with the lovely soft top that adds no weight around the waist , hips or thighs. Pink tee is very old. My boots/sneakers from @theshoecollective with a built in wedge that adds about 2inces to the length of my legs. You needs this too I’m only 5ft 2inches tall so I adore these super casual comfor...table sneakers. Hope your week is going ok so far. Remember at this time it’s so important to spoil yourself in some little way each day, so I have one of those Mini Drumsticks every night after dinner from Woolies. The weather is very mild here today and hence I’m wearing my very lovely black all linen kaftan from @zephyrloungewear . I be had this top since last summer and it loose cool and very comfortable.
