24.01.2022 What Marketing Strategy works for you? Sometimes it can feel impossible to figure out what the best strategy will be for you, for your business, for your potential and current customers, and of course we can't forget for your budget !! Sometimes it takes trial error, sometimes it takes patience and sometimes it need to be thrown in the bin altogether. A great place to start with any new marketing strategy is is to ask 2 simple questions:... 1. Who are my clients? 2. Where do they hang out? What do they like to do? How can I get my brand or my message in front of them. Once you can answer these questions it's time to start narrowing in on them. There's no point wasting time reaching out to places/ locations/ people if they there's no chance they'll ever be your client!
24.01.2022 What do you know about your customers? What keeps them coming back? What stops them coming back? What do they love about being your customer?... What frustrates them about being your customer? When you know the answers to these questions you can custom build your marketing, customer experience and brand to meet their needs. Which is a win win situation. You get your customers, they get what they need/ want!

Videos let people get to know you and your business, they can meet you and start connecting with you on a more personal level (with minimal time and resources required in your end). You can have the best processes, the best systems, the most amazing products with an outstanding inst feed...but....if you don't have customers buying, then you don't have a business. That small, simple act of purchasing your product or service, is what keeps your business going. ... How much time do you spend in your business focusing on your customers? What do they want from you? Are you meeting their needs? Do they tell their friends +ve or -ve things about you? Do they want more? or something different? The easiest way to find this out? It's simple.... just ask them.. and be ready to receive the feedback regardless of if it is good, bad or downright ugly...

It is the single most important part of running a business, that transaction is the basis of everything else. I know myself when I've tried to pay for goods and services and run up against:... Sorry, we don't have eftpos Sorry, we don't take credit cards Sorry, I'm too busy to process your payment right now Sorry, I'll get those payment details to you Sorry, forgot to invoice you With so many methods available to take payment in this day and age there is no excuse for having a customer ready to hand over their cash and a business not being able to take!! If they want to pay, you take the payment...anyway you can..
09.01.2022 B2B = Business to Business Have you ever tried any Business to Business Marketing strategies before? All you need is to find a business with the same clients as you and let your creative juices start flowing!! The possibilities are endless:... Offer vouchers/ incentives/ free giveaway to your clients for each other Run a social media campaign/ competition together Sell your product directly to a business for then to distribute (such as Christmas gifts to clients or staff) Jointly host an event (online or in person) The list goes on and on.... Have you tried anything like this before? What were the results?
