I want you to set your timer for 15 mins, pop on some good tunes and see how many rounds you can get though!! Swipe to see each exercise you’ll be doing! And some pointers on each one! If you've been following my page you'd know that I talk about my Mum a lot but today I'm going to talk about my Dad One of the most important life lessons he has taught me is about patience.... When the cards aren't dealt to you perfectly, be patient, a solution will come. When the road seems long, be patient, keep walking. When the plan isn't working, be patient, keep working. Be patient because Rome wasn't built in a day and you can't snap your fingers and be healthy. Be patient and work on the steps you can and build gradually. Be patient with yourself, it doesn't have to be perfect. ? #TheSunriseClub
