13.01.2022 You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to! The biggest obstacle to achieving your health and fitness goals is your mindset. You have to combat those negative thoughts, which I know sounds easier said than done! Here are some of my tips on how to help build a POSITIVE mindset: Acknowledge that your journey won't be perfect, and there WILL be setbacks. Knowing this means you won't be too hard on yourself when things don't go 100% according to plan. The main thing is you pi...ck yourself up and keep going! Strive for consistency NOT perfection. Journal! At the end of each day, write down 5 things you're grateful for from that day. Catch yourself whenever you have negative inner dialogue and turn it into a positive. For example, if you're thinking to yourself "I hate walking lunges! I can't do them properly", try "I'm going to do my best! I'll do as many walking lunges as I can - I'll take it slow and controlled and I'll see my confidence grow!". Comparison is the thief of joy! Don't compare your journey to anyone else's. Your journey is uniquely YOURS so focus on yourself and YOUR growth. Just like any muscle in the body, keep training your mental strength and it'll get stronger You got this! 12.01.2022 ~ CLIENT APPRECIATION POST ~ SO proud of this one!! I've been working with Imogen for a few months now and she is absolutely KILLING it! Not only has she lost cms all over, but she is stronger, fitter, living a healthier lifestyle and can officially now do snap jumps (if you know, you know ). Our last few sessions saw her reaching a whole range of new personal bests! You go gal!! Can't wait to keep smashing those goals together and see what else you can achieve!
