17.01.2022 This week we made these delicious beauties Banana & Oatmeal Cookies... very yummy! 1 large smashed ripe banana tsp ground cinnamon... 1 tsp vanilla bean paste/or essence 2 cups rolled oats cup desiccated coconut cup raisins or dark chocolate chips or both cup maple syrup cup olive oil or soft butter Mix together and roll into balls. Bake in moderate oven for 12-15min Enjoy! Approx 110cal per ball/cookie
