21.01.2022 Hi adult kickboxers. Happy new year and I hope you had an awesome holiday. I just want to let you know that classes will only start 14th January at 6:15pm. I was planning to start on the 7th but due to a few things we have to push it out another week. Hope to see you all back. Kids will start the same week the schools start.

20.01.2022 Hi students. Unfortunately and sadly we decided to cancel all Kids classes from now until after school holidays due to the COVID-19 virus. I know there are plenty of you that love to come to class but, we have to prioritise the health & safety of our students, coaches and their families. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or questions. I will miss all you little fighters so stay healthy and I will see you guys back at class soon. If there are still stude...nts that are going to the NSW tournament end of the month, please let me know and we can arrange some one on one training. Please let everyone know in case they do not see the facebook page. ADULT classes will still go ahead as scheduled but we will have a few hygiene rules put in place. Please make sure that you do not come to class if you have any flue or cold like symptoms. Please make sure to bring own gloves and inners if you have any. Stay healthy and we will see you guys soon!!!

17.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope you had an awesome holiday!! Kids are back on tomorrow. Same time 4:15pm. All competition fighters and bigger kids 5:15pm. The club shirts have arrived so for those who ordered please remember to bring a few $$ before collecting. I will hold on to them for two weeks and then they open for sale to whoever wants one. Also remember to bring rego if you can. See everyone tomorrow.

05.01.2022 Hi, I just want to let you know that Tuesdays kiddies class is fully booked now and that I can’t take in any more little ones. There are plenty of spots available on Thursdays if you want to join that class. I also want the older and higher belt fighters (orange belts upwards) to move into the second class if possible. I will love to have a few more kids participating in tournaments this year. Anyone can participate in tournamnents from beginners to advanced fighters. The kids grow in confidence and learn how to handle disappointment and celebrate wins. Please let me know if you are interested for your kid to go to a tournament so we can make sure they are ready.
