There are so many big questions and theory’s why people choose to train and workout. Everyone is unique and no one is perfect!! That’s why you never judge a person for trying and giving it a go, working out can be a really difficult starting block! That’s why we all need to support and help people through our training, and that’s why I have started these Bootcamps for women and men like yourself if your reading this to give you the help and support group to over come your starting block or even just to keep active, reduce your stress, loose that extra 5kgs you feel down about, push you to your limits, achieve your dream goals, and to build CONFIDENCE! Just because someone looks or seems confident deep down they may feel just like you, every body has there insecurities and that is what makes all bodies unique.
