25.01.2022 It is with enormous sadness I must announce that with the governments re-opening restrictions we will not be allowed to reopen the Studio until end of October. Let us keep the spirit and fitness up with our online classes, and know that our beautiful Studio will be glowing in Spring light when we get back in.

02.01.2022 Adding the exercise band to your work-out can assist you with an exercise that you might feel is a bit hard, or make an easy exercise much hard
02.01.2022 Scary stats; an average person sits 7-9 hour a day! We know that it is not good for our body, and the pressure on the spine from sitting might lead to more problems which will make it difficult to exercise. That is because too much sitting, while it might be relaxing, puts pressure on the muscles and discs of your back and neck. Your hip flexors get tight and you put a lot of pressure on your gluteus maximus which is an important muscle for the support of the spine. With tight the hip flexors thigh and pressure on the glutes you will end up slouching after a prolonged time sitting. So, if you have a job where you need to be seated, try to get up every 30 minutes, move around, stretch and let your spine have a rest and make the most of as much daily movement as possible. And build you core strength with Pilates
