23.01.2022 Mum would have loved this..... A year ago (two days early...) you and your mum delivered the most amazing cake to our wedding day. We saved the top of the cake and opened it today for the first time since the wedding. It was just as amazing and beautiful as the day you both dropped it off. You and your mum put all your effort into our cake and we cannot thank you enough. Julie was an amazing women and we are so touched to have a memory so special with you both. 13.01.2022 Lusciously Creamy Cookies: If you take 250g butter, 250g cream cheese, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar or caster sugar and beat until fluffy and creamy. Then add two eggs (one at at time). Add to the bowl 2 cups of plain flour, 3/4 cups of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and some chocolate chips if you have some and mix until it comes together. Spoon the mixture into baking trays, lightly press with a fork and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Pre heat the oven to 180 C, once heated bake for 10 minutes. Once slightly cooled place on wire rack to cool completely... Happy Baking xx
