23.01.2022 Supporting local is something that is a huge priority of mine always has been but even more so now! Shout out to @theessentialmaskco for this beautiful mask made with vintage fabrics ! Being made to wear a mask is one of the things I really struggle with.....it is more then because I don’t like it and it’s uncomfortable, it’s deeper and brings with it my little friend anxiety in a major way!!! I have always hated putting things over my face, ever since I was little, it... would straight away make me feel like I couldn’t breathe and I would FREAK out!....it all connects with blockages in my throat chakra - never being able to speak my truth and feeling unheard when I did. What I do to help with this is be gentle to myself.....meditate, journal, even chant (which is super amazing for the throat chakra!) I also put a few drops of essential oils for grounding on my mask, and on those days I can’t manage to cover my face I don’t beat myself up about not getting the kids out for their bike ride, I take a breathe......surrender and accept it Don’t forget to show kindness and love to yourself beautiful people xo

10.01.2022 Hi ya'll! Obviously, if you've been following my posts it would be pretty clear by now that I'm posting ALOT about essential oils and let me tell you why that is. I've started my own business with the premium starter kit from Young Living, I chose these guys because for their uncompromised quality of oils and the integrity they hold as a company. What I plan on doing is to share my journey with how and why I use essential oils and how you can bring your home and family along ...for the ride.....or not, your choice and I'll love you no matter what A little back story.... Using low tox products in my home has never been a question, see I grew up always being sick......like I mean ALWAYS! Which lead to a really hard time at school - insert the word BULLIED(but I'm trying to avoid that victim mentality) Anywho its was pretty horrible, days after days I would run home in tears and unfortunately I was alone in these feelings, both my parents would be at work and I grew up in the generation were you didn't really talk about feelings at the dinner table.....WOW i went on a bit of a rant then So back to me always being sick, turns out I was having reactions to the cleaning products and air fresheners being used at home. As I got older I started being more aware of what was causing me to be constantly sick then I started switching and ditching. So as you can tell low tox is not new for me, it was always my journey, my body was screaming at me to make changes since I was little. And if you ask me....anything that Mama Earth supplies is the bomb digity I am also LOVING the spiritual and emotional journey I am taking with my new found venture.....so many benefits and I'm learning everyday Another amazing part for me is connecting to an amazing group of super supportive like minded peeps, who are nurturing my soul more then they know, especially in this extreme isolation period we've got going on here in Melbourne right now.
