I’m here with a little #realtalk this morning as I know I’ve been a bit MIA and I know my posting game has been off,. Does anyone else get social media anxiety? Well, it’s real! There’s so much pressure to keep up with the ever changing game that this lil caker got so overwhelmed she just froze! I couldn’t decide what to share next,... 11.01.2022 One of the most surreal, pinch me moments of the last few years...firstly being considered and nominated, but then to actually make the top 8 finalists for Haute Couture Wedding cake designer of the year awards! I have always looked up to every single person that has competed in this category and honestly never imagined I would ever get this chance. If you missed it, @internationalcakeshowaustralia partnered with the incredible @alysiabridgerevents to match 8 finalists with ...gown designers to create inspired bridal pieces of a minimum 1m tall. I was so lucky to be paired with @bloom_australia_ who had this incredible Charlie gown made by @boandluca The beading was incredible and hope that our design did the dress justice! For months I had been talking about doing a line inspired by beautiful gowns I had been collecting photos of. This was the perfect chance to give it a go! A huge thank you to @jessicabellephotography for taking the time to photograph our pieces so beautifully! See more
