03.01.2022 Currently at the Australian Swim Coaches & Teachers Association Convention - Brisbane, Australia. Great source of information, networking and like minded colleagues. Opening day had some great keynote presentations from Mr. John Leonard -60 ideas in 60 minutes, mesmerising! Mr Ian Pope - 12 strokes of swimming, very lateral approach to application of each stroke and their distance. Very dynamic closing presentation from Yvette Adams, social media and marketing updates and considerations. Keep you posted across the days.

02.01.2022 It's early season, your at the first race meet. What is the consistent message to your swimmers? Mine... Expect nothing and get some good early season race preparation and execution going. By no means will this meet determine your season however your attitude from this meet will.
