20.01.2022 Could I ask everyone to share this please. Otto is the grandfather of my two children Ray and Kiara. Anyone who knows Otto knows what a wonderful caring bloke he is. His circumstance is absolutely a case where compassion is required from officials. All steps have been taken by his family to ensure Otto would be isolated. Let’s make this happen. His family are distraught.
