24.01.2022 Hey fam! Good news time! Andres got baptised last night!! Andres Rodriguez is a international student from Colombia that studies English in Sydney. In the midst of Covid-19 and new ways of virtual evangelism, he is the first fruit that came through Meetup (an event app) and after connecting with Alyssa, decided to go to a bible discussion. He was so deeply moved on the Bible studies that decided to change his ways. He got baptised by our Colombian brothers at the Sydney ...church after 2 months of participating in all activities of the body and constantly studying the Bible. At 31 years old, Andres, a mature man characterised by his elegance and humility, opened his heart to God and is very enthusiastic about belonging to the kingdom of God. 15.01.2022 It was a wonderful Sunday as we witnessed Sean making Jesus Lord of his life!! ... Sean is an incredible Chinese man born in the Philippines. He was met by Pete through cyber evangelism and connected with the disciples near his house to study the bible. Initially, though knowing his bible, he lacked in living out the disciple life. His heart for God was displayed as he saw that being comfortable and complacent will not lead to him getting to heaven, that is when he quic...kly made the decision to get right with God. Throughout the studies, Sean’s love for God was in constant display as he repented of his sin and within 3 weeks of studying the bible became a true Disciple of Christ. To God be the glory! Danny is from Mongolia and was baptised in Sydney after Joe set his heart on building a Mongolian mission team and spent hours cyber evangelising. God has worked incredibly as Danny was reached out to go to Bible talk and decided to study the Bible. By seeing the love of God’s family, he started making decisions to change his life and become a true fire up disciple of Christ. ... She was met by our sister Fang at the beginning of the year and came back recently, making the decision to study the Bible. She is a loving and joyful girl that went from not believing in God to now having a deep love for Him and His kingdom. After studying the Bible for 2 months, she finally got baptised!! With great faith and courage, she has given up her dream to go ...to Tasmania.
