'Mum you have to go see this lady she is amazing' I am 71 years, I grew up in an incredibly dysfunctional family and struggled with 'who I was' I over compensated by being the 'nice' girl, I had difficulty saying 'no' I over ate and in general have not had a close relationship with anyone. My 1st meeting with Kelly was all my daughter said it would be. I instantly felt 'heard' and 'safe'. Kelly was the facilitator for deep healing. I walked away feeling lighter and relieved.
