This past year has been a challenging one for many, and it has never been more important to support people with mental illness. Our friends at Peninsula Hot Springs and Mentis Assist reunite for the 4th annual Ride for Relief, a community event to build connection, promote mental health awareness, raise funds and support the immune system through the be...nefits of physical activity and hot springs bathing. 17.01.2022 One of our favourite sons David McNeill has run 13:12.82 for 5000m in Perth last night which secured him an OLYMPIC QUALIFIER (OQ) for the Tokyo Olympic games. He powered home over the last kilometre with his natural kick to get under the 13:13.50 Olympic standard time. It was just over 2 weeks ago that Dave ran in the Inaugural Run the Tan 2021 showcase event where he came 3rd and consolidated his spot in the all-time fastest laps around the iconic Tan Track. ... A huge congratulations on the OQ Dave! You have earnt this mate so make the most of the opportunity.
