24.01.2022 Hi All, Thank you for your patience over the last couple of weeks/months- I have been quite the elusive Tarot Reader lately, and pretty much MIA with the amazing, but hectic arrival of our baby daughter. She came earlier than expected too, so my next podcast episode was regrettably delayed but rest assured it will be happening, along with other things! 24.01.2022 Card focus of the Week! XX-Judgement Something different this time lovelies, I actively chose this card for us all this week, as it seems to be a theme, at the moment. Normally, I shuffle and pick the cards intuitively, in the traditional sense, but today, I consciously wanted to focus on this card, and somehow it seemed right. Do you consciously work on cards to attune to energies you feel you need to work on in your life? If so, what experiences occur for you? I woul...d love to hear it, so please don't be shy! This can be a great technique for Meditation and Visualization and Goal-setting, as well as Manifesting a better empowered life for yourself and those you care about. Anyway, this week's theme is: XX- Judgement. This card is all about Change and Renewal in one's life- a "Blank Slate" so to speak. This lovely card featured above is aptly named "The Call" (from Collette Baron-Reid's- 'The Good Tarot') What has been calling you lately? Is it a new job, a new chapter of your life, are you embarking on a personal 'rite of passage'? This card isn't strangely anything to do with judging yourself or others, it's about shedding those parts of ourselves that we no longer require, so that we can move on to a new part of Life baggage free, with renewed energy once more. It's like a 'second chance' card, an opportunity to live our lives in a more aligned experience with our Soul. 08.01.2022 Sooo much intense energy happening right now!! So, there has been a lot of overwhelm lately energetically speaking, and I for one am finding it quite intense- it's not bad, but it's BIG! Not surprisingly, the massive changes in our weather lately are producing a LOT of chaotic energies all around us and seem to be spilling out in our personal lives, have you felt it? It's manifesting into all sorts of crazy stuff and I thought it was just my life personally until I did a bi...t of research.. My mentor of many years ago, taught me that Numerologically, February is the month that we experience a sort of 'echo' from the previous year, and THAT already says a LOT..2019 brought a lot of lessons and I feel we are experiencing things that we may not have delt with last year now, not to mention we have Mercury Retrograde looming up on our doorstep soon- (feel that intensity yet?) but I want to make a point and stress to you that this time is as valuable as it is challenging. A touch of chaos is sometimes EXACTLY what we need to release ourselves from older patterns, cycles and complacency...sometimes you gotta 'ride the wave' of life to see where it takes you, even if, during this process, it is overwhelming, new and scary. My 'hoping to help' message over these next couple of weeks is to "hang in there" and take some time to reanalyze, reevaluate and reset, because sometimes you have to hit that (to quote from 'The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy') "Infinite Improbability Drive" to see where you might end up! Because when anything is possible and everything is changing on the constant, it's best to focus immediately on what is in front of you and observe, so that when you are ready to immerse yourself in the 'crazy' again, you are detached and grounded and at peace. Hopefully, these musings help you on your infinite journeys this week and onwards, til we have calmer days ahead! Love and hugs, to my astral brothers and sisters.

06.01.2022 Those New Deck Feels! Just unboxed this beauty today- The Spirit Animal Oracle by Colette Baron-Reid and I have to say it's a stunner! What's your newest deck? Are you loving it? Share the love so we can all up our 'divination game' I'm fascinated to know! Do you know how to clear a new deck for use? Whether it be personal, or for professional reading- my top tips to connect with a new deck are:... Ask your Spirit Guide(s) and/or your Ancestors/Angels to help you clear the deck for your highest good and greatest joy and for that of others you may read for.. Have your favourite incense burning and (very carefully!) hold your new deck briefly through the purifying smoke to cleanse & smudge them.. Sleep with your new deck under your pillow wrapped up in a bag or scarf to attune with it for 3 nights (I don't personally do this one, but many love to)... Keep a favourite crystal with your cards in their bag to realign its energies when not in use- some fave choices are Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Labradorite, Pietersite, Rainbow Moonstone, Black Tourmaline, but any you feel a connection to is fine as well.. Sometimes the Perfect Life of a "Divine All-Powerful Mystic" eludes me- hell, most of the time! *scoffs* Much to my frustration, I DON'T have the the ethereal tarot spiritual practice that I see painted all over on Insta and everywhere else...and Goddess knows I would love nothing more than to have hours at a time sequestered away in a mystical grotto of enchantment left to my own devices- but, the real world ain't like that for most of us- and... I am here to tell you that it's OK!! So you mightn't have time to cast a whole Celtic Cross? And ponder the Great Mysteries? Or you might live in a sharehouse and the idea of having 20 minutes to yourself to meditate seems like a far-off dream? Just breathe! I feel your pain! For most of us, this is pretty tough to achieve in today's hectic world, so I am suggesting to you, don't! I can't always commit to "A Card a Day" and I beat myself up all the time over it- but maybe "A Card a Week" is more achievable..and if you are just learning Tarot and are overwhelmed by the sheer mass of info out there, don't despair- perhaps focusing on a deep -dive into learning a Suit a month is better for you? By breaking the Tarot and your spiritual practice down into smaller, less demanding affairs and mini-rituals- makes the task seem less demanding and more enjoyable as a result!
