13.01.2022 Today’s Touch Base Tuesday is to remind us all, not every morning starts off great. My day started with me my day wouldn’t involve but sadly by 9.30am the tears started & I just let them flow. As the owner of 2 businesses with no staff other than myself, the pressure & standards I put on myself can sometimes be exhausting. I know I’m not the only 1 who feels pressure or exhaustion at the standards we set ourselves or tasks we have to complete during a day, which is why I called a few female friends and ‘UGLY CRIED’ down the phone. So remember, it’s ok to UGLY CRY because there will always be a friend to make you laugh at the fact you have boogies on your arm. & eatingwith extra sprinkles during a zoom work call is ok ... smiling on the inside today
