17.01.2022 Termites located in a factory in Thomastown. Found entering around pipe coming through concrete slab and construction joints in slab. I’ve been told numerous times over the last 20 plus years that you’ll never get termites in factories as it’s all concrete - I’ll let the pictures answer that one. We find them regularly in commercial sites. Slab penetrations and construction joints are always a high risk, no mater what the structure.... A big shout out to Daniel from Amazon Pest control for calling out and asking for another set of eyes and help with this infestation.
