Homemade Peanut Butter Granola We just love making our granola at home, with beautiful organic ingredients that we buy from the local wholefood store. ... Ingredients 2 cups quick oats 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/4 tsp sea salt Instructions - Preheat oven to 190C, line a baking sheet with parchment, and set aside. - In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat, melt together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and sea salt. Stir often. It should be silky-ish. Takes about 2-3minutes. - Remove from the heat and stir in the oats, one cup at a time. Stir well combined then spread evenly onto your lined baking sheet. - Bake for 20 minutes, flipping after 10minutes to make sure nothing burns. - Let cool for 10 minutes then break it into pieces.
