16.01.2022 Melbourne people, you will need to draw on your resilience habits, strategies and tools, now more than possibly ever. Do you know your strengths and weaknesses and keep them in mind? Can you build on your self-esteem have confidence in your abilities and the positive things in life? Are you maintaining healthy relationships? Do you know when to ask for help?... Can you manage your stress and anxiety levels? How are your problem solving skills and coping strategies? . Are you able to resist more drinking, smoking, drugs and gambling as a poor way of coping? . If you are struggling, please reach out for support, to your friends, networks and health professionals.
