22.01.2022 I look at Self Mastery as a process of getting to know ourselves beyond our conditioning, of committing to our ongoing evolution and of creating the space to make conscious choices. . Does that resonate?

19.01.2022 There is an invisible script around selflessness and self sacrificing when it comes to nurturing, especially mothering, in our society. When we unpack this as a concept what does it really mean? To me, it carries a diminishing energy.... To sacrifice one’s self, or to be without a self, in order to care for others doesn’t resonate with my desire for wholehearted expansion. It makes more sense to care for ourselves too. Or not even ‘too’ - it’s essential to care for ourselves in order to continue to effectively nurture those in our care. Despite carrying the feeling that it’s an idea at odds with my values, I have been playing out this script in ways I have begun to explore. I’ve sat with where I am ignoring my needs and devaluing myself, and how this is being reflected back to me in my external world. In a deep dive I discovered a layer of old wounding that was keeping me ‘invisible’. With gratitude, I used visualisations and meditations to shift the energy and heal the younger part of me that was hiding as a defensive method. And with the healing, I reconnected to my sense of self and recommitted to giving from fullness.

14.01.2022 Left unchecked our minds are wild little inventors running on all kinds of misguided stories. Stories born of old triggered feelings that feel the need to be justified. Outdated beliefs that once developed to protect us but now keep us guarded. Invisible societal scripts that divert us from our soul path and keep us ‘in check’ with normalities that don’t serve our expansion. The simple greatest thing we can do for our own evolution is stop believing everything we think.... Instead we can greet our thoughts with curiosity, observe what runs through our minds without judgement and keep only what truely resonates with us. The rest will either reveal to us where we have the opportunity for growth, or unneeded it will move on. It is in this space of choice, in choosing what to believe, where our inner freedom is revealed.

05.01.2022 Authentic power comes from being aligned with your values, from making conscious choices, from being grounded in our sense of self and trusting our intuition to guide us correctly. . It’s easiest to access our authentic power when our thoughts, words and actions and in harmony. . When we’re feeling out of alignment, (instead of judging ourselves) we can take small steps back into our power.... . Here are some things we can do to step back in the direction of our authentic power; keeping a small promise to yourself everyday. commit to 5 mins a day of meditation or breathwork. asking yourself better questions. 02.01.2022 Happy Friday! . What’s on your mind? Our thoughts, words and actions become our reality. .... So let’s focus our attention on what we want to create and energy on our circle of influence. . We are the creators of our own experience and life is happening for us. . Tonight I’ll be burning away all the things, habits and stories I no longer want to take with me and focusing on creating more joy, giving thanks and gratitude for all our blessings and stepping more into the unconditional love that we all are. . What a start to the weekend See more

02.01.2022 Doesn’t it seem strange that we our society is set up to discourage us from raising our own children? That family life is incongruent with the current systems we are embedded with in? That we are taught not to trust our own instincts when it comes to our own bodies? That numbing out is completely normalised?... That the technology we are marketed and sold is addictive by design? At what point do we take a step back and start to ask better questions? Like who does this all benefit, and why does it all seem so normal when the outcomes of the way we live are not healthy for most of us? We may not be able to change the world over night, but we do have choices. And with those choices comes the responsibility, our personal responsibility to ourselves, to question what we do, why we do it, and whether or not it’s aligned with our values and what we want to create in the world. Awareness is always the first step, so let’s take a beat to observe what’s happening in our own lives, our own families and our own bodies and start questioning. When we start from non-judgemental curiosity our potential is limitless.
