25.01.2022 I had to post this because it made me so happy. This fish is my fav! Hiramasa King Fish My sister-in-law @lisapiresphoto captured this so well. We are most of it as sashimi, then a bit on the bbq. Bone and head etc into stock/rice and fish stew thing.
