24.01.2022 Many people often wonder why they are so tired, or are exhausted, or they feel emotional. Many times it gets blamed on stress, hormones, work, or something else.... The thing is, many people's emotional issues, or fatigue, or not being able to function properly, is due to lack of quality sleep. It is definitely a cause of exacerbating pain, and other symptoms they have, due to an already underlying health problem too. When we don't sleep properly, we don't function, and the first area that is affected is out emotions. Next to be affected in the physical body. Sleep issues can be complex, but many times people are not sleeping due to disruption of their heart energy, or issues of the heart (emotional heart). When the heart is at peace, it is settled, and it is allowed to be open and fully expressive. Our body and our world is at peace also. This is where life is at balance, and all the beautiful things in life can occur. When the heart is disrupted, it is completely the opposite. High anxiety is caused by a disruption of our heart, and not feeling in control of all areas in our life. It really means we are out of control, which then creates further anxiety and not trusting of our self. When we don't feel safe and content and supported, physically and emotionally, it also affects our sleep. This usually happens with those who are in an unstable relationship, or are on their own. When we are in a relationship where we feel safe, and in the arms of someone who we love, feel protected, feel supported, and can surrender with, we sleep well. The term sleeping like a baby is a classic example. A baby that is in it's mother arms, is being nourished, being loved, and is not feeling and signs of stress in its environment, will sleep soundly. If it is the opposite, it won't sleep. The same goes for adults. If you are experiencing sleep issues, waking lots in the night, and are not getting a decent nights sleep, practice centring yourself and calming the heart and spirit within. If you don't know how, then talk to an expert who can teach you. When we are at peace, we sleep. When we sleep, we are better equiped to deal with the day, and our world around us. We also feel better physically and emotionally. Before we go off blaming our sleep issues on one thing, or another, look within first and foremost. Ask yourself 'Do I feel at peace within myself?' Just remember that many sleep issues can be related to a disruption of our heart energy, anxiety, and not feeling safe and supported <3 Repair your heart, and you repair your sleep, which then repairs the physical and emotional parts of our body too.
