20.01.2022 Now this is a different idea. Looks way more fun than just sitting in a pub having a drink ;-)

17.01.2022 This is the latest bit of kit to arrive at the Train Station. I has a huge stack of weights with cables and pulleys to train every bit of the body. Plus its been adapted to have a kick bag at the back for a bit of extra cardio. Its going to be a fun week :-) Thanks for putting it together Peter :-)

17.01.2022 Just had to update my cover photo as weve been doing some renovations to the studio. Winter is such a great time to have (video of) a roaring fire :-)

13.01.2022 Heres another new class I dream of attending...

12.01.2022 And heres my new easy curl Olympic barbell and 90k of weights. Surely I have enough kit now, but thats what I said last time :-) For great legs, squats and Deadlifts rule :-)

12.01.2022 Another reason to get moving. For me though, functional fitness and free weights are far more fun than a treadmill :-)

11.01.2022 Heres a fab foam roller I got for my lovely client to help massage away muscle tightness from Gym and Fitness in Unley. I got a special price of $30 instead of the usual $39.95. If you want the same deal, just ask for Ryan and mention Tyla at The Train Station. Feel free to share :-)

09.01.2022 Just signed up to a twitter account and the first news I saw was from CNN about chocolate...and some other foods being mood enhancers, nice :-)

07.01.2022 How about a Game of Cards? You will need a pack of cards, a mat and a kettlebell or a couple of hand weights, plus an optional skipping rope. Make sure you warm up for 5-8 minutes. March out, knees up, kicks-backs, shoulder rolls etc.... Shuffle the pack of cards. Each card represents a type of exercise and the number of reps to be done. Here is some examples. Hearts = Press: press-ups, shoulder press, front press Clubs = Pull: bent over row, upright row, high pull Spades = Squats and Lunges Diamond = Core, sit-ups, boxers twist, Numbers = 1-10 reps Jack = 11 reps Queen = 12 reps King = 13 reps Ace = 30/60 seconds hold ie the lower phase of a press-up, the top of a row, a low squat, plank Joker = 2 minutes cardio ie skip, high knees. Go through the whole pack, now this will probably take not far off an hour, so a great training session with lots of variety, bonus. Make a note of what you used and how your session went and let me know how you got on, Tyla :-)

07.01.2022 Now there is getting moving and theres...

05.01.2022 The bells, the bells...book a free taster to come and try them out. Give me a call, 0416 618 119, Tyla Wilson

05.01.2022 Heres a set of Medicine balls that Ive just picked up. Great functional kit to play with :-) Click like and share my Page for a free consult and Personal Training Taster session :-) (Limited to 1 per person, and one session available each day)

04.01.2022 Great exercises not only for men... loving that suspension training is on the list. Also, they could add in the regression of a pull-up using a band loop, for those who are just getting started on their lats strength :-)

03.01.2022 Getting you back on track in the new Year. Merry Christmas everyone :-)

02.01.2022 An interesting article that I totally agree with. Here at the Train Station, free weights and functional is the way forward.

01.01.2022 Youve got to have a plan...
