06.01.2022 85-90% of women have it. 10% of men have it. Being overweight is NOT the cause of cellulite - you can be slim and athletic and still have it.... Cellulite doesn't discriminate. It's inevitable. It's a process. It's a part of life. There's NO magic cure (but you can waste a lot of money trying). Imagine if we all embraced our bodies as the are instead of trying to hide them? It's time to normalize normal bodies. Be confident and be proud of your body. Wear shorts today. Go on, do it.

05.01.2022 Check out this bad-boy (& fresh from our garden too). Not only are beetroots delicious, they also pack a nutrient-punch! Beetroots are full of folic acid (to help produce new and healthy cells), fibre (for gut and bowel health), manganese (for bone health) and potassium (for fluid balance and regulation of muscle contractions).... Oh, don't throw away the leaves either - they are an excellent source of calcium (strong bones and heart health), iron (energy and immune support), vitamin A (eye health and immune support) and vitamin C (growth and repair of body tissue). As a little bonus, beetroots are also packed with nitric-oxide if you're looking for a natural way to boost your libido. They are a delicious (& nutritious) addition to summer salads either raw or roasted. And the beet goes on...........
03.01.2022 Just in case you were wondering.... Yes - it's completely normal to be super hungry some days and less hungry on others. No - you don't have to eat breakfast first thing in the morning. Ask yourself: am I hungry or is it just a habit? If you're not hungry at 7am, you might be hungry by 9am and that is perfectly fine.... This can be step 1 in getting back to the basics and listening to your body. Today, I'm hungry. Happy Friday x
