16.01.2022 The boys did a great light reduction on the Bodhi tree, Ficus religiosa. This bodhi tree has direct lineage to the original tree in the Indian state of Bihar where Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism, is said to have achieved enlightenment. #TheTreeDoc

06.01.2022 Crimson rosellas are one of the loud, cheeky characters of the urban bird world. They have adapted to the urbanisation of their environment remarkably well and will quite happily chow down on introduced species and people foods #arblife #thetreedoctor #nikond7100 #birdlife #urbanwildlife #letthecoloursdothetalking #loudcolors

03.01.2022 The QAA state climbing competition was held a few weeks back at Mandalay Park, Fig Tree Pocket. After the competitiors had finished on the first day, and with a little coaxing from Becca Barnes and Henk Morgans, Adams son Jackson had a run in the work climb tree. The judges stayed on to score the climb; timed at 4mins 32sec. Placed 37 from 45 as a 15yr old non-industry climber. Thanks to Becca for the video and leading the cheer squad.

02.01.2022 Three weeks after works started on the largest fig, Trees 2 and 3 are looking good with minimal leaf drop. 01.01.2022 One good point of this Covid-19 isolation is that is now quiet at usually very busy public spaces. Utilising this time by using ground penetrating radar to establish root location and density at the Bodhi fig for a new development #TheTreeDoc #StayHome
