25.01.2022 What an incredible weekend celebrating 2020 with those who make The Tribe all that it is! The support we have received on our journey especially throughout the time our facility had to physically close has been truely heart felt As we looked around us and seen so many beautiful souls bonded, laughing, enjoying each other’s company we felt incredibly proud of every individual... We are also very proud of our Coaches Josh, Jaime, Coel, Ramona, Alexa and also Bron, and all they have done for the crew this year, our backbone The take home message for this year was that: we never know what others might be going through, it doesn’t take much to pour love and belief into others and to care just that little bit more, it can change someone’s life and the ripple effect that can have on those around that person Special mention to those who went above and beyond this year in their commitments to themselves and what we stand for as a gym: Most Potential Lifter of the Year 2020 Boyd ‘LongArms’ Longmire, fav lift is obviously deadlifts Tribe Spirit Award of the Year 2020 Jackie Lamp, the heart of our gym for 2 years in a row, defying age as a number Tribe Most Improved Member of the Year 2020 Helen Pham, quiet as a mouse then lifts everything in the gym Tribe Athlete of the Year 2020 Ryan Sunol, trains about 8 times a week, doesn’t count his reps ... Tribe Most Improved Member of the Year 2020 Sam Russell, silent assassin comes in and gets it done People’s Choice Award of the Year 2020 Sean Archer, watching this guy work he knows what he wants Clubman of the Year 2020 Lisa Goldsworthy, aka Lisa G Banger ... aka Teachers Pet, our all rounder with impeccable organisation skills . We are looking forward to some exciting news to share on our growth and plans for 2021! . Shane from SAOR you know that we have deep gratitude for how you support us and our clients, thank you for making an appearance on this special evening . Thank you for the amazing hospitality and location Moore&Moore Cafe

25.01.2022 The friendship between these 2 is definitely a laugh It’s like Father & Son sometimes with the back and forward banter Ryan’s been with us since the start of last year and this guy is a serious lover of exercise, time will tell whether we’ve turned him from a cross fitter / oly lifter to a power lifter ... Our Tribe Athlete of the year in 2020 who has a solid work ethic Here’s what he has to say about his experience with The Tribe The Tribe is more like a family then a gym. I only went there for a charity event and they were so welcoming that I have been here ever since. Words cannot describe the impact that this place and the people in it has had on my life in such a short period of time. I would very highly recommend for anyone thinking of giving it a go!!

25.01.2022 This post signifies the vibe what we would only hope to achieve at our facility . . Here is one of our Coaches with a couples of our clients that vary in age, background and ability yet they are able to perform a similar movement that looks slightly different for the same outcome .... . Each individual person makes up our culture and plays a part, whether they are an extrovert, introvert, have been training for years, has goals of body composition changes, wants to be here for their mental health, would like to do a competition of some sort, is following a rehab program, just had a baby, is nearing retirement, likes to get in and get out, is still at high school, comes for the social aspect . . The uniqueness is embraced and welcomed, this is a place where anyone can be themselves . . The beauty of the main program we run which is small group personal training, is that it allows for the variability also . . Being focused on maintaining small numbers and low Coach to Client ratio means we can focus more on technique and address each persons specific needs . . This is something that wont be compromised, the quality of the service we provide will never be watered down, the value adds, the point of difference to produce long term results . . We will continue to make this available to anyone who wants to become the strongest version of themselves See more

25.01.2022 The how and what we do as a facility and team are not merely as important as WHY we do what we do.

24.01.2022 Why Choose a Boutique Gym? With more down time recently for most to reassess life goals and commitments, people are searching for more and are aware of where they are investing their precious time and money. This has been an opportunity for people to focus on what is most important to them, and for many it came back to health and environment!... Being disconnected physically from the presence of other people made us realise how much we craved it! And we realised how much of our daily life revolved around exercise and how important it is for our mental health. What a Boutique Gym offers is the new way forward, We understand and believe in what we provide, Our benefits: A personalised goals focus based on your individual needs, Accountability, Lower facility capacity so you are not getting lost in the system, A private space free of intimidation, Structured training and nutrition programs, Technique and injury prevention driven, Low client to Coach ratio, Personal touch and understanding More value and unique complimentary services, Education for long term success, less quick fix approaches, Community and culture to keep you striving for more and actually attending the gym, These are the pieces that have been missing in the gym space, This is how you truely go after your goals and achieve them, Small locally owned gyms are where its at!

23.01.2022 Everyone starts in our gym with body weight, and builds from there . Body weight, assisted, banded, kettle bell, dumbbell, barbell to weighted barbell the right is earned to progress no matter where someone may be in their journey . And progress isn’t just about increasing the weight you lift, it can be shown in a number of different ways especially through improvements in technique... . You don’t have to be super fit and strong or know how to do all the things to join a gym or to train with a Coach, that’s what we are here for . No judgement, no comparison, do your best, for you will look back and realise how much progress you’ve made! . With a whole Tribe behind you for support See more

23.01.2022 Find a Tribe where you can laugh about each others quirks . Those who train at The Tribe definitely dont come for Joshs awesome spelling and good English . We hear often the time, about having a culture or a safe place without judgement where people can be vulnerable... . We truely mean it and own it too . Never with judgement, embracing each persons unique qualities, and enjoying the process. We are all human . P.s. Monday morning videos post 3 shots of coffee arent a go cuz, that didnt go well haha . P.p.s. Please excuse the F . How many times will you replay this video? are you just here for the laughs See more

23.01.2022 How complicated are we making the process? How simple is it really if we think about it? Our words of wisdom this week ~ Trust in someone and somewhere that feels right personally... Not based on fads and current hypes Follow that specific process until We 100% trust in what we do, and how we deliver our training and nutrition processes, in a way that reduces overwhelm With humility and an understanding that we are our own biggest critics, that we know deep down inside what is best and believe in this!

22.01.2022 Banter at the bar @joshcarn we start them young here . Our young are watching and modelling what we do . More than we will ever realise

21.01.2022 Its a sad day for the crew as we farewell Bron, who has become part of our Tribe fam over the past year . Not too sure whos going to keep Coel in line now, any tips? . We are grateful for the time that we have had with you, and the help and support you have provided to the team... . We will miss our gym Doggos too . We all wish you the best for the next phase of your journey across the ditch with hubby . Much love and appreciation B See more

20.01.2022 Tribe Ethics . 4/8 . [Lifting Heavy? Ask For A Spot]... . Team work makes the dream work, and those who train with us know its a community vibe where we encourage clients engagement / or banter? . Whether its inside of the gym or outside, we often need a Tribe there to support us through lifes challenges . No one is left hanging, theres always someone who has your back and to ensure you are safe and looked after . We empower clients to take away skills and knowledge so that they can become self sufficient, even though we cant get rid of them that easily See more

20.01.2022 We are wired to jump to what seems like the easiest way to achieve results When this happens we are often overlooking decisions for the long term It may take more time to work through the fundamentals of nutrition, yet these are skills for life!... These results are maintainable, no restrict and rebound cycles. Instead of jumping on the next diet or fad Start by: Eating more home cooked meals, less processed foods or meals out Making healthy food swaps Having healthy food in the fridge and pantry Setting aside time and putting in the effort to prepare proper meals Most of us do not need to move outside of the base of this pyramid to achieve great health, performance and body composition progress We will always have more work to do in this area to become more consistent across the week So before jumping steps ahead, ask the question am I doing the fundamentals well, am I eating more wholesome home cooked meals, is there room for improvement? Start here, it leaves heaps more tricks up the sleeve for when the real plateaus hit The same goes for exercise, start with the minimum, as results slow alter this accordingly, add more sessions and progress towards a more structured and challenging training program

20.01.2022 The health journey is as simple or as complicated as we choose for it to be . What ever we are telling ourselves and believing will expand and become our reality

20.01.2022 Tribe Ethics . 2/8 . [Expect Nothing - Always Do Your Best]... . Each day is different, our energy levels, what we have going on and what we can give to a training session . So the best thing to do is to show up anyway and do your best . And have no expectations of what the session will be like . Give it what you have, especially on days when you arent feeling great . Check the day at the door, and we guarantee you will exit the same door feeling a whole heap better See more

18.01.2022 Its great to be able to give back to it community and especially the up and coming Coaches from @fitcollegeperth . Over the years we have had many students through our gym to do work experience or to learn from us through seminars and workshops . We remember how it was coming out of study fresh and how important it was to have the support of those who were a few steps ahead, to share insights and to make the journey a bit easier to navigate... . Sharing our passion and what we value and feel is important, we can only hope that the industry continues to shift towards caring about clients on a deeper level and their holistic health, as to why they actually want to train and what our role is in this . Great to have Fit College in as always, thanks @shanemadin_1983 and to our Coaches @joshcarn @success_with_coel See more

18.01.2022 Christmas In July with some of the crew . It was awesome to get out of the active wear and the gym to celebrate the year so far . To welcome our new members and for those to mingle that may not normally cross paths... . Lots of laughs and good times . Always love the vibe of this lot and grateful for each and every one of them . Special mention to The Vale Bar & Brasserie for hosting us and exceeding all expectations See more

18.01.2022 Happy 3rd Birthday to this little guys, Mr Kahn . Whom many of our clients have seen grow up around the gym . He is super keen to get in there and become a Coach just like his parents, and to do his own workouts too... . He brings light and laughter to our facility and we always appreciate those who take the time to chat and play with him See more

18.01.2022 Grateful . Grateful for everyone who still chooses to call The Tribe there gym. After witnessing some awesome feats of strength and breaking some mental barriers today. We were able to sit back for a second and be grateful to still be here . You know who you are, youre welcome

17.01.2022 Progress Pics Are Still Important! Often people shy away from taking photos and doing measurements, they are still helpful and are a measure to track and alter anything required as we don’t know if we don’t know This is something we do fortnightly with our crew... 3 months of progress 3 dress sizes down 4 kg lost 31 cms lost Things are moving in the direction she is wanting them to, and over time this has increased in momentum We’ve watched her improve in confidence and all round happiness Bailey started with 2 x 1:1 PT sessions a week with Coach Jaime of strength and conditioning and this has just increased to 3 Bailey aimed to increase her every day activity levels outside of this through upping her steps to atleast 10,000 per day, parking further away from the gym to walk, changes in her job to move more often, catching up with friends socially to be more active etc We didn’t focus too much on her nutrition initially, it was getting into the habit of this new exercise routine and learning the fundamentals of training and moving well (starting with body weight) Now her strength and fitness levels have increased incredibly, with consistency and dedication She went from being a lover of fizzy to cutting this out which was her choice We started with adding more food to fuel her workouts as she was under eating Bailey has found the recipes on our website a great tool to cook healthy meals for the family It doesn’t have to be much to start, nothing complicated, the biggest part is getting started and continuing to make small changes that can be implemented long term Progress pictures are a moment in time, we are devoted to our clients maintaining this long term, no dieting or drastic approaches

17.01.2022 Yeah the boys When you are part of an environment where you come to train, and build long term friendships. The hardest thing is trying to get them to stop talking

17.01.2022 Guess what ? We do also incorporate Conditioning aka Cardio into our programming . Those who have had a taste of our flavour and the spice it holds will know that it is a great way to test headtalk, that it builds resilience and it brings together our community .... Although we lead with Strength Training as our foundation, conditioning is still important! Some of the reasons why we include it yet choose to lead with weights training as a priority: The bodies ability to adapt to cardio is fast, it leaves us less room to continue to improve if we are slogging it in our workouts constantly, especially through steady state cardio such as biking and running long distances which could potentially decrease muscle mass When High Intensity Interval Training aka HIIT training is our sole focus, there are too many variables therefore how do we measure the progress of our training, over doing certain movement patterns can make it challenging for our bodies to recover which can lead to injury We continue to incorporate ‘conditioning’ into our program at the end of some sessions or on specific days of the week, as we believe having a good base of fitness is still important for our cardiovascular health and especially if we have more body fat to loose, it is great to mix up the approach to training also with a different stimulus . We strive to help every day people create all round health, for life

16.01.2022 When studying with us at @fitcollegeperth we get out and about to meet the fitness leaders in WA. Through fitness professionals coming to visit the students in... campus or out on excursions to facilities like @thetribestm last week. We dont just give you the certificates and say bye . We work with you to help follow your dream and connect with others to get you into the fitness industry. We have a team to help you do this. All you have to do is ask.

16.01.2022 Where the journey begins

16.01.2022 Tribe Ethics . 8/8 . [We Are More Than A Gym]... . We welcome people from all walks of life, without judgement . We meet them where they are as we walk the journey together . We stand tall in our approach to offering more than an just another gym membership . Swipe to pic 2 - Some of our Tribe taking time out of their Sunday and Fathers Day to support some of the crew competing in a powerlifting comp . The vibe is electric, the people make our facility what it is! See more

16.01.2022 Happy new year from our Tribe . Despite some of the challenges that 2020 brought for us all, we always remained grateful for what we do have and to be here in Perth, WA . It wasn’t such a bad year, and we are sure that you experienced some positives too?... . We are grateful above all else that 2020 was a year of growth and that we were able to pivot and adapt . None of which would have been possible without our loyal clients and team of Coaches, as well as anyone else who supports our small business . Our slogan of being More Than A Gym actually came out of this year, which has always been at the core of how we operate and it’s cool to see it become part of our branding . 2021 brings the opportunity for our facility to move 3 buildings up the street to a bigger location so that we can continue to grow and increase the value we provide . Stay safe over the weeks festivities and remember to reflect on all the good things that came from these times, and what is yet to come for 2021 See more

15.01.2022 Most people dont realise their full potential until someone believes in them often before they believe in themselves . The incredible thing about strength training is seeing people realise whats possible . Commonly we arent utilising anywhere near what we are capable of!... . When it comes to training, we believe structure is crucial to push beyond those boundaries, and it makes us so proud as Coaches the moments where it all clicks into place for our clients . When they go above and beyond with ease . @australianstrengthcoach @joshcarn See more

14.01.2022 Why choose to be Coached 1on1? . What are the benefits? . Working directly with a Coach, the training is in every way specific to individual ability, strengths, limitations and goals... . 100% of the Coaches time is devoted to helping the person through their session and allows space for working through the more in-depth technical aspects required when exercising . It is great for those who may have some form of rehabilitation to work through . Sessions occur in times that are convenient for both the client and Coach, and can be great for those who are time poor . The level of attention and accountability provided is of high quality . 1on1 works well for those who may find group settings intimidating at first . @success_with_coel See more

14.01.2022 Consistency is the mother of all skills . Shout out to big Maty with his first session back physically in the gym after being closed . Mat has been following online programming from home for the past 12 weeks and hes only missed one session during the whole time... . The thing I commend Mat for the most is his consistency . This is a big reason why he won our 2018 Tribe Member of The Year . Hes a Father, Husband and Business Man with a packed schedule who could come up with a number of different reasons why he cant train, except he never does and always manages to fit it in! . Find a way, not an excuse . Find your love and meaning for why you want to train and nothing will stand in the way! See more

14.01.2022 We are all about the client experience and the way we can influence and change someones life! . Features of what a facility offers for the price paid is the old way, it doesnt create excitement and it means you are in a way comparable to somewhere else . The new way is all about the solution provided, the value given and how unique and meaningful that is to each individual ... . It isnt so much about the what and the how as thats the easy part, it is all about why we do what we do See more

14.01.2022 Activate Mobilise Warm Up Train

14.01.2022 Gratitude for all the incredible things our bodies are capable of! . Sometimes we get lost in comparison, when that happens come back to focusing on your own individual journey and reframe your perspective . There will always be someone who is further along, and that’s ok, no one is higher or lower, better or worse... . If you are new to the health journey and perhaps training next to someone who has been on their own path for some time, use it as inspiration that good things take time See more

13.01.2022 There are many different things we consider as Coaches when it comes to how to apply strength training to the individual To help them produce the best results possible, however we keep this as simple as possible Less thinking for the clients, more thinking for the Coaches, then we tell you what to do and you learn from us along the way!... We know for sure that strength training is beneficial for anyone and everyone, no matter what their goals are, from increased strength, to fat loss, to muscle gain ‘toning’, longevity, health benefits, improvements in everyday life ability, mental health, energy levels etc. We love that within our 1:1 coaching and small group personal training sessions we are able to coach closely, and adapt the program to suit each individual and their needs through recommendation of types of training that will suit their body type and goals best or altering the reps, sets, weight, rest to aid this. (As pictured above, and strength training also doesn’t have to look like the typical stereotypical, it’s not all heavy barbells) From our experience we have seen strength and hypertrophy training aka weights training, trialled, tested and work amazingly for our Coaches and our Clients! With the support of our Tribe and what we have available to assist the client journey, anything is possible. If you haven’t fully embraced the benefits of this training method and you have struggled to achieve long lasting results, now is the best time to give it a go! Trust the process and give it time for it's magic to work.

13.01.2022 On Saturday, some of the crew managed to donate over 10,000 push ups to @_neverrest in a challenge to accumulate 1 million push ups towards raising awareness of Cystic Fibrosis . We always enjoy getting involved in these community events . A massive thanks to the fam down at @the.athletex for getting us involved and for all the clients who came down and supported the cause... . There were many T-Rex arms over the weekend See more

13.01.2022 Our Pillars of Health . 1/4 . [Mindset]... . With the theme of this week being around Mental Health, it seems fitting to share a bit about the pillar we see as the foundation of overall health which is Mindset . At some point in our lives, many points, we will experience low places, often many of our current and future clients come to us in this place or come back to this place every now and again . It can be dark and hard to find the light, to find much to be positive about . There is no judgement around these thoughts, we can relate, these spaces can be turned into something incredible and hold a silver lining, this can be hard to see in the thick of it! . Whether its a low day, week, or month, where ever you are at, lean on your Tribe, those who see the great in you, those who have your back! . Giving your time, presence, love and kindness to someone in need is far bigger gift than most will ever know . We are grateful to have created and attracted such an incredible community, full of optimism and support, that helps others through these moments . We can all find gratitude today for what we have, and to shine more bright vibes towards others . If in doubt, ask the person whether they R OK See more

13.01.2022 The Tribe - Strength Through Movement Team of the Week! We are excited to relaunch the team of week, heres the best performers from the weekend! ... #UpthePalms #OneClubOneFamily

13.01.2022 Shout out to Coach Alexa for dropping by for our conditioning session on Saturday 6 weeks ago her family brought 2 beautiful twin boys earth side, and we know how much she’s missed her happy place of exercising We are certified in helping women through pregnancy to post partum with their training requirements, as we believe in having a healthy fit and strong body ... The journey to parenthood can continue through this time and our bodies can bounce back if we look after them as much as we can

11.01.2022 Wishing all of those who follow us, support us and train with us, the gift of health and fitness . Merry Christmas . Happy New Year... . Stay safe, enjoy, rest, reassess and prepare for an incredible 2021 See more

11.01.2022 Expect nothing, always do our best We have 9 tribe members competing this weekend, 8 first timers in a novice powerlifting comp Biggest advice we could give anyone is to expect nothing and always do our best... We see it in every prep. Comparing ourselves to what others are doing, worrying that our numbers aren’t good enough, worried about failing in front of people. All of these thoughts are normal, but they don’t serve us, the thoughts only inhibit our ability to do great things. These are only thoughts Once we write down our intent for the day and leave our expectations at the door, we truly start to enjoy the process and the day Good luck to everyone competing. It you vs you

11.01.2022 Throw back to when online ZOOM sessions was a thing . Its been 9weeks since we have been open. We are grateful everyday for what we can do . Sometimes life throws us curveballs, its up to us how we choose to react. Do we focus on what we can control? Or do we blame everything we cant. By then end of it we had finished over 230 zoom sessions... . It wasnt ideal, it wasnt pretty, but it worked and we are grateful for those who stood by us and accepted the new norm . We look forward to celebrating this weekend with our Tribe for Christmas in July. To celebrate the small wins over the past 7months See more

11.01.2022 Tribe Ethics . 6/8 . [This Is Your Tribe, Clean Up After Yourself]... . In a private facility if we all do our bit, it really makes a huge impact . It means we can all enjoy a clean space, anyone who has visited the gym knows its always spotless due to someones OCD... . Thanks Tribe for continuing to do the do, especially during this time of COVID-19 when the level of cleanliness has been extra important See more

10.01.2022 Throw Back to this time last year Coach Alexa represented WA at the GPC Powerlifting Nationals in Adelaide . . With competitions now having their dates re-established we cant wait to see her get up there on the platform .... . Lex has almost a decade of experience as a Coach, she brings knowledge from the different parts of her journey which adds to what she provides in her service covering both aspects of Strength & Conditioning . . She is your go to if you are wanting to improve these things, if you are striving to improve your general base of fitness and health... and if you want to have a laugh and lighten up your day . . @alexatoi @protonicpersonaltraining See more

08.01.2022 Strive for progress, not perfection Progress can look different for everyone Progress is moving with less pain and or more range... Progress is increasing strength not only by the increase in the weight that you lift Progress is doing the same weight more times Progress is performing movements with improved technique Progress is increased fitness through completing the same workout more efficiently and effectively Progress is any kind of positive improvement in the journey particularly since starting Progress is confidence Progress is having more of a positive outlook on life Progress is having more of an environment in alignment Sure, progress can also come in the shape of body composition changes, fat loss, muscle gain, etc etc, which we know will come for those who at least start by showing up and prioritising their training more consistently This type of progress can also be measured through various measurements, photos, how clothes are fitting Sometimes we loose sight of the progress we are making in other areas We tend to be so hard on ourselves going to the areas where we may not be there yet or seeing the negatives that this blinds us from all of the positives A reminder for us all to ease some of the pressure and to celebrate our wins no matter how these may look

08.01.2022 Comparison is the thief of joy Sometimes in life we can get ahead of ourselves, compare ourselves to others. What others have achieved, what others are lifting or where someone is at We forget that we are all individual, we are on our own journey, we have our own strengths and our own things to work on... We all have a starting point. Once we figure this out, we can really enjoy the process and have perspective on the smallest of achievements With the right tribe, anything is possible.

07.01.2022 Tribe Ethics . 3/8 . [Make Every Session Count]... . Every session is an opportunity to do better than yesterday, to challenge yourself and to go that little bit further . Results are derived from what we give to each day, how we show up in one aspect of life is how we show up in all aspects of life . So make it count, live in the moment, utilise every benefit available to you within your training session . And always remember, this doesnt mean you cant have fun doing it! See more

06.01.2022 Happy Birthday to the King of yarns Coach Coel @success_with_coel . Thank you for all that you do for The Tribe, we see you working on yourself to better others and your loyalty and care doesn’t go un noticed! . Have a great day

06.01.2022 Living the ISO life for 9 weeks, perhaps some of our habits changed slightly . . Being out of usual routine with the gym, how we eat, seeing friends, our self care routines, what ever it may have been .... . We are now in week 3 of being re open, thats 21 days which is when we generally see motivation dip . . 04.01.2022 It’s a harsh reality however it is very true . 24 hours in a day, 168 hours in a week . If we commit to starting with 3 exercise sessions a week that is 3 hours of our week... . If we are unable to make that time and prioritise our health, then it isn’t high up our values list . Finding a meaningful reason why fitness is an important part of our lives can help change this . Without health we have nothing, if we aren’t investing in this then we must pay the expense and give that time to sickness at a later stage in life See more

04.01.2022 Tribe Ethics . 1/8 . [Be Open Minded]... . Coming to the gym with an open mind means that change can be created . If we are closed off and stuck in old ways that no longer serve, we wont progress far . It is also a foundation to building great relationships . If all our barriers are constantly up and we are not embracing the surrender, this is going to make the whole experience a lot more draining . Openness creates flow and space for what is ready to be welcomed in . We value this so much See more

02.01.2022 Feelings resistance is an opportunity to grow . . Its easy to come up with reasons as to why we cant take responsibility of our own progress .... . There will always be excuses and things that stand in our way . . What is this costing you? . . Values and belief systems are the foundation of our thoughts, feelings, actions and results . . So we actually have to jump off auto pilot and surrender to the initial discomfort, to take a deeper look at what message this is telling us . . The discomfort passes and we are then rewarded with what it is we are truely seeking . . We often have these conversations with our crew in the nicest possible way as no one else is having them, and it is what they need to hear most in order to thrive . . It comes back to self worth, you are worthy See more

02.01.2022 Tribe Ethics . 7/8 . [Positive Vibes Only]... . How amazing does it feel to check the day at the door, and to walk in and be amongst an uplifting environment! . Often throughout the day or week, lifes stresses can get the better of us and we can fall into negative thought patterns . This can really impact our mental health and that of those around us, and it isnt all that necessary . So we ask our clients to return to the present, to turn the day around and to see more optimism . To be grateful and to share those vibes around and have a laugh, to lighten up and enjoy life more . This is self care and time that we all deserve, and a change in mindset can really help how the training session feels . All The Tribe Vibes See more

01.01.2022 More Than A Gym . We support our clients on the journey & sometimes that means letting little people join in if it is safe, and if it allows our clients to complete their workouts . Here we have Nana and Grandson training together in a Saturday morning team workout with @mummakazza71 bringing the noise and encouragement... . Circumstances won’t always be ideal, consistency comes with it’s challenges, it is worth trying and doing our best each day regardless See more

01.01.2022 Negative self talk is something we pick up on often, and many times it comes out loud and clear from some of our female clients No judgement, we all go through it! Yet we wouldn’t dear to speak to others, or have our children model the way we speak to ourselves at times... Our bodies are such smart incredible temples that do a lot of good for us The more we can practice self love and compassion, we can start to catch the language we are using in motion and turn it into something more positive and effective
