16.01.2022 Just today, I had the pleasure to make one of my friends 17th birthday cake. It was kept a surprise and she definitely was shocked. I am so glad you loved it and hope you have a wonderful birthday! The cake was a 3 layer (vanilla, chocolate and red velvet) with a ganache filling and had a white chocolate drip. It was decorated with macarons, meringue kisses and buttercream icing.

12.01.2022 Over the weekend I also made a 10cm 1 layer chocolate cake. It had a caramel drip and was decorated with buttercream and macarons.
12.01.2022 Another 30 cupcakes today!! A combination of both vanilla and chocolate with buttercream icing. I have been a very busy bee in the kitchen this week and it is not over!

02.01.2022 I baked this stunning 50th birthday cake on Saturday! It was a 2 tear purple chocolate cake that was decorated with orchids. The 1st tear was designed to have marble effect which was a first time for me. I am very impressed by my efforts and will continue to practice this technique!
01.01.2022 I made this 50 numbered cake yesterday. It was a Victoria sponge cake with mascarpone icing. The 50 cake was decorated with macarons and meringue kisses. I hope everyone enjoyed it!!
