UQ Security will also be present intermittently throughout the night and this rule will be strictly enforced. If anyone is found to be breaching this rule we will be forced to stop the competition. Please be mindful that the UQIC Executive team put a lot of work into running a successful competition for our members and any disrespectful behaviour towards us or our convenors will not be tolerated.

01.01.2022 This coming week we will be commencing our sporting competitions (Netball and Rugby to commence in week 3). To ensure that we comply with current covid rules everyone involved in a sport MUST READ THIS: - When arriving to a sporting venue you must scan the QR code which takes you to a google doc that will need to be filled out. If your phone cannot scan QR codes we will have a sign on sheet at each venue. - Sanitise hands before playing (we will be providing hand sanitise) ... - Do not attend if you are showing ANY symptoms of covid 19 (cough, runny nose, headaches, fever, sore throat, fatigue) - No shaking hands after each game. Also, unfortunately the jerseys will be delayed until after the first week due to delivery issues. Each team MUST wear matching team colours for the first week as the jerseys have not arrived yet. For netball we highly encourage everyone to bring their own bibs due to covid safe rules. Lastly, updated draws have been posted to www.uqic.com.au so please check to ensure you don’t miss out on your games!
