15.01.2022 A Pale Ale reminiscent of the West Coast. What’s your knockoff?

15.01.2022 Mystic Horizon (6,8%) A Californian inspired IPA. Brewed with a super light malt base, a hop free boil and a clean Californian Ale yeast. We've gone for a large, but cool temp, whirlpool addition of Cashmere Cryo. After a clean, cool ferment, we loaded up the fermenter with plenty of the freshest Strata, Mosaic and another addition of Cashmere Cryo. The result is a super clean and dry IPA, rolling with waves of tropical fruit notes with a soft bitterness. Releasing today. Online store? Yep.. it’ll be up this afternoon!

14.01.2022 COSMIC LABYRINTH (5,8) | Thursday 01/10 | Tomorrow we drop Cosmic Labyrinth. A new world Pale Ale fermented with a trial yeast known for its expressive and outright stone fruit characteristics. We’ve paired this with a heavy handed hop combo of Nelson, Citra and Sabro. It’s soft, luscious and downright delicious. Now available online, and hitting the @uraidlarepubliccafe fridges tomorrow.

12.01.2022 Our release of Crystal Sun (4,8%) kind of slipped under. But lagers have a tendency to do that. Although, they shouldn’t. This Keller Pils is hopped with Mandarina and Huell Melon. It’s all you need for a few Friday knock off’s. Crispy, fruity, spicy and totally crushable. Don’t think too hard about it.

10.01.2022 HIGHER SELF (4,8) Over the weekend we had a cheeky little draft only release. A new incarnation of last years Pale Ale returns. This time showcasing a delightful combination of Citra, Vic Secret & Cashmere Cryo. Bright, tropical, fresh citrus, all at a sessionable ABV. What more do you want to reflect this welcomed change of season?
