"Followers of Mr Biggles, please have your say! I have personally worked within the 'system' and despite the best attempts of many good people, I truly believe the council/pound system as it currently irretrievably broken and unworkable, and a lot of rescues are unregulated and operate outside the law. Filling out this survey for the taskforce is a very good start to reforming it with the focus very firmly on the welfare of the animals and those who care for them. I would ask each and every one of you to take 10 minutes to fill out this survey and let them know of your experience with councils, pounds and rescues and how you think it could be done better!"

Please give input, it will help shape our future ability to help more cats (and other animals) who would otherwise go to a pound, not cope and be at risk of euthanasia.
