15.01.2022 Hoorah!!! More positive news tonight!

13.01.2022 I truly love that we get phone calls now from our MP's just wishing to have a chat about what is going on up here. Rural and remote areas just don't rate a mention in the main stream media so now, more than ever, this podcast is helping to fill a gap on what is happening here, and who is fighting for what causes for us. Anne Webster - Federal Member for Mallee called this afternoon for a chat and I'm so glad she did so we could ask her a few questions like; "R U Ok Dr Webst...er?" (she is very honest with the answer to that question) "Do you think we'll be able to ski in the river this summer?" "Is Donny able to drive to Shepparton to get chemical?" "Is a treatment for Covid being worked on as well as a vaccine?" "What the hell is Daniel Andrews thinking?" As a little prelude to tonight's R U OK live streamed event, here's a chat with Dr Webster we got to have moments ago!

Selamat datang Dan mari menjamu selera di sungai Kami tetapi tolong bawa bersama sampah Kamu pulang ke rumah.

08.01.2022 We will have Kato with all of these updates in Tongan shortly and Jack will have Vietnamese this evening hopefully!

06.01.2022 David Fevaleaki has been working on this idea he had for a couple of years and now it's live and FREE for you to use. Back Picker is a website bringing farmers, managers and job seekers together in one place, so we speak to Fev and his co-founder Ofir Kuberman about the platform.

06.01.2022 Chaz Alby - it’s ok! I’ve ordered you some! Get yours tomorrow and eat them with us tomorrow night during the R U OK Day Virtual Cuppa live streamed event!

06.01.2022 Here's something to keep the kids busy during the school holidays! Frog monitoring for the Australian Museum. We talk to Sandra from Mallee Catchment Management Authority about their citizen scientist program, frogs and how you can get yourself a FREE headlamp and frog ID book! Draw us a picture of a frog and post to our socials. We have two to giveaway and a box load of Mallee CMA frog identification books which are available this week at Network House Robinvale!

03.01.2022 Look, it's been a few days since you've been able to watch his beautiful face on TV so we thought we'd let the rest of the world watch part of the R U OK Day live stream from last night. This is our chat with Osher Günsberg about how he has been coping with 2020 and if you've read his book "Back, after the break" or you attended his event in Robinvale last October, you may be very surprised by the answer to that question. Chaz Alby also pretty much tells him that his TV sh...ows are rubbish and he's too cool to watch them. It's ok Osh, we watch you at our house, and we love you! I do ask him about The Masked Singer Australia because I've obviously nailed the top 3 but he gives me donuts. *If any of the subjects discussed in this video are triggering for you, please head to resprevention.com.au for a list of resources that may be able to assist you. Also, Robinvale District Health Services now have a mental health nurse and a mental health social worker available for appointments 5 days per week. Appointments can be made through Primary Care.

02.01.2022 We're all about reaching and informing as many different sections of the community as possible and facilitating whatever is necessary to be able to do that, so this week Jack and Mr Van got together to have a bit of banter in Vietnamese. If you'd like to provide news in your language it's as easy as coming into Network House or having a Zoom with us - send us a message or contact us via the website!
