The caterpillars grow over about 4 weeks before spinning their cocooon, then hatch after another 2 weeks to mate and lay eggs. Hatch your own hungry caterpillars, or buy some young ones depending how impatient you are. You must have a mulberry tree as they eat a lot of leaves. 15.01.2022 Our Vasse Village Mini Market is providing a backdrop and amenity to The Lions Club of Vasse Inc. Big Barbie on Wadandi, Tomorrow. They have organised a great little event between 12.30pm to 3.30pm where you can kick back and listen to the Blues and Roots tunes with Laine Wolf while taking advantage of the Licensed Bar with Beer from Cheeky Monkey and various local Red and White wine. Of course there is a Sausage Sizzle or a choice of a Gourmet Burger, with Salad, sauces of your choice and relishes. There will be Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream for dessert. There is also a free Bouncy Castle for the kids and people are encouraged to bring a picnic rug or chair, sit back on the Lawn and relax with the family. Children under 5 are free.
