16.01.2022 New Beginnings for The Vault In early 2016 I took the plunge into the hair and beauty industry and opened The Vault. To many people the idea probably seemed crazy.. I didn’t have experience in either field and I was kept busy with our family owned cafe next door... but what I lacked in experience I made up for in enthusiasm. I think small business owners put it politely when they say ‘there are ups and downs’! The truth, in my experience, is a complete roller coaster ri...de! Along the way we have faced our fair share of challenges.. each and every one feeling manageable only because I had this angel by my side Assigning Maddy as manager is the single best move I’ve made for The Vault! Along the way she has been composed, attentive, empathetic, mature, and so talented as a therapist! All of these qualities are how I know in my heart she will make the perfect NEW OWNER for The Vault! The time has come for me to step away and focus on family life, and I feel like now is the perfect time for Maddy’s to progress into ownership! I am grateful to the beautiful staff that have contributed to our success along the way. I can’t thank our clients and family enough for their support and business! I know so many clients will be thrilled for Maddy at this time. Keep posted for more from Maddy as to any changes in the future of the business but that’s it from me!
