I love a cooked breakfast, and to save time I prep enough veggies to last me a week. Memberships are $45 for unlimited amount of training sessions per week or $35 up to 3 training sessions per week. Everyone who is currently paying a membership will be rolled onto the $35 membership unless you notify me otherwise.... If you currently arent paying and would like to join please DM so that I can send through the necessary paperwork for you to fill out before Monday. It is imperative that you book in via the MINDBODY app for every session. No booking = no session. We will need to monitor the amount of people in and out of the gym. Sessions are capped at 10 people. Heres how alcohol can be sabotaging the process: Alcohol is empty Calories (7cal per gram) meaning it provides you with very little nutrients, therefore leaving you craving more food..... Whos made a late night stop at the Kebab shop on the way home??? GUILTY!! ... It also has you craving the higher Carb/fatty foods especially when Hungover! These alcohol calories are also the first fuel you burnand whilst this doesnt stop the fat burning process it definitely postpones it. Making it even harder to shift those extra kilos is the effects alcohol has on your motivation levels and it also disrupts your sleep patterns. Alcohol is also known to lower Testosterone levels which = a lower metabolic rate and less Lean muscle gains!! Not ideal for those Summer bodies!! So maybe its time to look at the choices your making and reassess whats more important to you? That extra beer, or those extra couple of kilos gone????
